MARLOG, kıyı denizcileri için bir keşif, öğrenme ve başvuru uygulamasıdır. Bir seyrüsefer sistemi, elektronik harita sistemi (ECS/ECDIS) veya resmi denizcilik haritalarının, hava raporlarının ya da güvenlik ekipmanının yerini tutmaz.
MARLOG, "Pusula" adlı bir yapay zekâ asistanı içerir. MARLOG AI yalnızca destek amaçlıdır. Seyrüsefer, hava veya güvenlik kararlarında onu tek kaynak olarak kullanma. Denizde harekete geçmeden önce kritik bilgileri her zaman yetkili kaynaklardan doğrula.
MARLOG'u kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Şifreni güvende tutmak ve hesabında gerçekleşen tüm etkinliklerden sorumlusun. Yetkisiz erişim olduğunu düşünüyorsan derhal bize haber ver.
Şunları yapmayacağını kabul edersin: diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmek; MARLOG API'sine normal uygulama kullanımı dışında toplu erişim için scrape, mirror veya otomasyon kullanmak; sahte ya da yanıltıcı mekân kaydı veya ziyaret kaydı eklemek; yorumları servisin bütünlüğüne müdahale etmek.
Bu sürümde gönderebileceğin şeyler: görünen adın, kullanıcı adın ve bize ilettiğin geri bildirim. Görünen adını ve kullanıcı adını profilinde, ayrıca yer aldığın yerlerde lider tablosunda ve Destekçiler sayfasında göstermemiz için MARLOG'a dünya çapında, münhasır olmayan, telifsiz bir lisans vermiş olursun. Yazdıklarının sahipliği sende kalır.
MARLOG'un tüm özellikleri ücretsiz — Compass haftada 5 soruyla. İsteğe bağlı Destekçi aboneliği (aylık veya yıllık) bir teşekkür katmanıdır: abonelik etkin kaldığı sürece profilinde Destekçi rozeti, avatarında Destekçi işareti ve Destekçiler sayfasında bir yer taşırsın; ayrıca Compass'a haftada 30 soru sorarsın (ücretsiz hesapta 5, üye olmadan 2). Apple Kimliğine faturalandırılır ve mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce cihazının Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik olarak yenilenir. Fiyatlar satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir; ödemeyi Apple işler ve Apple'ın iade politikası geçerlidir.
Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabını dilediğin zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı sil yolundan veya destek ekibine e-posta atarak kapatabilirsin.
MARLOG "olduğu gibi" sunulur, herhangi bir garantisi yoktur. Mekân verilerinin, hava tahminlerinin, yapay zekâ yanıtlarının veya diğer içeriklerin doğruluğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, MARLOG ve ekibi uygulamanın kullanımından veya denizde verdiğin kararlardan kaynaklanan zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Güvenliğin senin sorumluluğundadır — daima resmi haritaları yanında bulundur, COLREG'lere uy ve resmi denizcilik hava raporlarını dinle.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. İyi niyetle çözülemeyen uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul mahkemeleri münhasır yetkilidir.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler olursa yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz ve uygulama içinde sana haber veririz. Bildirimden sonraki kullanım, güncellenen şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Welcome to MARLOG. These terms describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you. We've tried to keep them short and clear.
By creating an account or using MARLOG, you agree to these Terms of Service.
MARLOG is a discovery, learning, and reference app for coastal mariners. It is not a navigation system, not an electronic chart system (ECS/ECDIS), and not a substitute for official nautical charts, weather reports, or safety equipment.
MARLOG includes an AI assistant ("Compass"). MARLOG AI is for assistance only. Never use it as the sole source for navigation, weather, or safety decisions. Always verify critical information with authoritative sources before acting on it at sea.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MARLOG. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity that happens on your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to: harass other users; scrape, mirror, or automate large-scale access to the MARLOG API outside normal app use; submit false or misleading place listings or visit logs; or interfere with the service's integrity.
What you can submit in this version is a display name, a username, and feedback you send us. You grant MARLOG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show your display name and username on your profile and, where you appear, on the leaderboard and the Supporters page. You keep ownership of what you write. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share, and don't use a name that is offensive or
Every MARLOG feature is free — Compass with 5 questions a week. The optional Supporter subscription (monthly or annual) is a recognition tier: for as long as it stays active you carry a Supporter badge on your profile, a Supporter mark on your avatar, and a place on the Supporters page, and you get 30 Compass questions a week where a free account gets 5 and a guest 2. It is billed to your Apple ID and renews automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase; Apple handles the payment and its refund policy applies.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account or by emailing support.
MARLOG is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of place data, weather forecasts, AI responses, or any other content. To the maximum extent allowed by law, MARLOG and its team are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make at sea. Your safety is your responsibility — always carry official charts, follow COLREGs, and listen to official marine forecasts.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion first.
We may update these terms over time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continued use after a notice means you accept the updated terms.
